- Admission to BA, B Com and B Sc first year will start from June 1. Admission forms shall be distributed from the same date.
- Admission shall be ensured only when a candidate gets the admission slip after attaching the bank receipts to your admission form and getting identity and library card immediately.
- Every student must be present for his/her classes in the college lecture hall regularly.
- 75 per cent attendance is compulsory for every student. An attendance less that 75 per cent shall make him/her ineligible for appearing in the examination, for which student and guardian shall be responsible.
- Any student found to be involved in ragging or misbehaviour with lecturers/college employee/other student, or creating nuisance shall be expelled from the college.
- Strict disciplinary/punitive action shall be taken against any student found littering the college premises after consuming tobacco/betel/cigarette or any intoxicant, or writing/sticking the posters on the college walls, for which student and guardians shall themselves be responsible.
- It is compulsory for every student to participate in at least one among NCC, NSS and Scouting.
- Students interested for NCC collect the relevant form from Dr Madhukar Shyam Shukla.
- Students interested for NSS collect the relevant form from Dr Aditya Kumar Singh.
- Students interested for Scouting and Guiding collect the relevant form Dr AK Verma and Ms Ratna Gupta.
- Physical education is compulsory for every student at graduation level. Interested students contact Dr Ajeet Singh Charag for the same.
- It is compulsory for the student appearing for practical examination of Physical Education to come in track suit and sport shoes.
- Unit examinations of all the subjects of all classes shall be conducted in the first week of October, December, and February; the students who does not take these examinations, or gets failed, shall be prohibited from the university examinations, for which college shall not be responsible.
- Every month various subject specialists shall be invited to the college for guest lectures. Attendance to these lectures is compulsory for the students related to such subjects.
- Kindly put the tick mark in the marked table on the front page of the admission form, the class to which the student belongs.
- Fees once deposited shall not be refunded or transferred in any case after taking admission.
- Convocation Programme shall be conducted in the month of February every year, for which final year students shall deposit a form with the requisite fees along with the admission form.
